Customer Service Representative
This position, housed in our Oskaloosa, IA, U.S.A. facility, will provide in-bound telephone assistance to our customers by quoting price and delivery times, taking orders, resolving problems, and even referring customers to other suppliers when we cannot help. The hours for this position are 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
- Strong desire to delight customers through individual and team contributions
- Previous computer experience (Word, Excel, Windows, etc.)
- Ability to type approximately 30 words per minute
- Successful work history
The following would be a plus:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of electronics
