Manufacturing in Oskaloosa consists of production runs in two different departments: MTO (Made-To-Order) and Molding. Both departments utilize operations such as cutting, stripping, crimping, electrical testing, and packaging. Manufacturing in Lamoni consists of Molding.
  MTO (Made-To-Order)       Molding  
   
 
The MTO department performs various value-added services and hand assemblies which include:

• plug and connector onto cable
• wire hook-up
• soldering
• terminating
• custom packaging
  The Molding department performs various molding duties which include:

• Injection Molding a plug and/or connector onto cable
• Changing Molds
 
 
Molders and Assemblers in manufacturing participate in a continual learning program. This program provides them the knowledge and skills necessary to not only fulfill the customer's needs, but also to go the extra mile.
