Night Shift Supervisor The typical work week for this position is four 10-hour shifts (Monday afternoon through Friday morning, 3:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.). The person in this position will spend a majority of their time working on the manufacturing floor alongside the 2nd Shift employees. The rest of their time will be spent leading, coaching and developing employees to upgrade their skills; maintaining capacity to meet production requirements; and assisting Manufacturing Managers to continuously improve operations. The ideal candidate will possess: · Previous experience leading a high performance team · Outstanding communication skills · Commitment to continuous improvement · Successful work history · Educational requirements include a four year college degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Production Management or equivalent experience The following would be a plus: · Previous experience or knowledge of injection molding manufacturing · Experience with attendance-based systems · Experience handling manufacturing-oriented safety issues · Previous experience performing performance evaluations |
