Departmental Overview
• Works with several departments to design and develop new products for both North American and International markets.
• Communicates with many global organizations on requirements for agency approval and compliance of all parts.
• Ensures that all products are safe and compliant through in-house and subcontracted testing.
• Provides product specification, technical files, drawings and approvals for all stock items via the company website.
• Leads the commercialization of new products and ensures product changes are communicated effectively.

Qualifications or experiences that are beneficial in the department:

- A successful work history
- A four-year college degree in Industrial Technology, Quality, Engineering or Production Management
- Experience in various materials (plastics, metals, etc.)
- Previous experience or familiarity with electronics/electrical applications
