Employees in Product Development thrive on challenges and the opportunity for individual input as well as have the responsibility and authority to lead and make decisions. They ask for input from internal and external customers to help them accomplish their goals. Teamwork and communication are critical to the success of the Product Development Department. There is more project management and development work than design work. Coordinating tasks with coworkers, subcontractors, and both North American and international agencies in order to delight customers fast with a safe and quality product is the challenge of working in the Product Development Department.
