Preparation in responding to customer requests is vital to the success of Interpower Corporation. Our goal is to anticipate the customer's needs and respond to those needs while delighting our customers.
Meeting customers' needs is a team effort, requiring many different skills. Because we cannot precisely predict what customers are going to want at any given time, it is essential that every member of the Interpower Corporation team be able to skillfully perform many different tasks.
Interpower Corporation employees have the opportunity to improve their knowledge and develop different skill sets through training programs offered at "Interpower University," our corporate training facility. The required and elective classes include work and business orientation, introductory and advanced product, technical, and safety classes.
Employees who, as a result of their training, can flexibly and quickly shift from one job to another enable Interpower Corporation to consistently delight their customers with outstanding products and services.
