Departmental Overview
Plays a key role as an intermediary between Interpower Corporation, sales representatives and customers located throughout the world.
Handles all aspects of customer service;
in-bound sales, technical support, accounting, and quality issues.
Provides the capability of excellent career progression at Interpower Corporation based on exposure to every department within the Company.
• Services customers throughout the world by providing phone coverage from 7:00 a.m–7:00 p.m. Central Time and providing back-up support for our subsidiary office in Milton Keynes, England.

Qualifications or experiences that are beneficial in the department:
Team oriented
A strong desire to please
Strong verbal and written communication skills
PC and keyboarding skills
A successful work history
Previous customer service experience
Post high school education in a related field
Experience or knowledge with electronics
