Molding Supervisor—Oskaloosa, IA
Interpower Corporation is currently seeking a team-oriented candidate for a full-time Molding Supervisor for its 1st shift in its Oskaloosa manufacturing facility.
First Shift Typically Works:
Monday-Friday, with hours from 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; overtime based upon departmental needs.
Candidates Should Possess:
Previous experience in a leadership role, outstanding communication skills, commitment to continuous improvement, a successful work history, and a strong work ethic. Previous experience or knowledge of injection molding of various materials such as plastics is preferred but not required.
Educational requirements include a four-year degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Production Management or a related field, or equivalent work-related experience.

Responsibilities Include, but are Not Limited to:
- Prioritizes scheduled work orders for the Molding area and maintains the capacity to meet production requirements so that customers are delighted with the service they receive.
- Leads, coaches, and develops other employees in a manner that upgrades their skills and ability.
- Continuously improve all Molding operations.
- Plans capacity of new molded products and changes to existing products so manufacturing is ready when the product is announced.
- Writes and updates training material for new equipment and trains others in the proper use of the equipment and its operation.
